Valentines Resort offers studio, one- and two-bedroom condominium villa units for purchase starting at $395,000. These villas come fully furnished with hardwood floors, leather furniture and granite counter-tops. They may also be put into the hotel rental rotation where the owner can receive income for the rental of his villa when not in residence. Condominium units in the hotel rental rotation receive a 10-year waiver of Bahamian Real Estate Taxes under the Hotels Encouragement Act.
