Best Rate Guarantee claim must be made in full within 24 hours of making your direct reservation.
The claim must include the lower rate and exact link (URL) where the rate can be confirmed.
If the claim is verified, the rate in your reservation will be adjusted to reflect the change.
The matched rate will reflect the price before taxes and fees.
Valentines Resort has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim.
Valentines Resort has the discretion to determine if a competing rate is genuinely available.
Valentines Resort’s decision is final in the case of a dispute.
Valentines Resort reserves the right to modify the terms of Best Rate Guarantee at any time.
