Friends of Valentines Loyalty Program
Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
1.1. Membership in the Friends of Valentines Loyalty Program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is older.
1.2. Corporations, associations, or other entities are not eligible for membership.
1.3. Employees of Valentines Resort & Marina and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Enrollment
2.1. Enrollment in the Program is free of charge.
2.2. Members must provide valid and accurate information during the enrollment process. It is the member’s responsibility to keep their contact information up-to-date.
2.3. Membership is non-transferable and is for the member’s personal use only.
3. Program Benefits
3.1. Members will receive exclusive benefits, such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary breakfast, and other perks, depending on their membership tier.
3.2. Membership tiers and the benefits associated with each tier are subject to change at Valentines Resort & Marina’s discretion.
4. Account Management
4.1. Members can check the status of their account by contacting the reservations team at Valentines Resort & Marina.
4.2. If a member believes there is an error in their account balance, they must notify the reservations team within 30 days of the stay or transaction in question.
4.3. The reservations team can be reached via email at reservations@valentinesresort.com or by phone at 1 (954) 463-4519 during regular business hours.
5. Termination and Changes
5.1. Valentines Resort & Marina reserves the right to terminate a member’s account if there is any suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the Program terms and conditions.
5.2. Valentines Resort & Marina reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5.3. Any changes to the Program will be communicated to members through Valentines Resort & Marina’s website or via email.
6. Privacy
6.1. The personal information collected as part of the Program will be used in accordance with Valentines Resort & Marina’s privacy policy.
6.2. Members may opt-out of receiving promotional communications at any time by updating their preferences with the reservations team.
7. General Terms
7.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the member and Valentines Resort & Marina regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements.
7.2. Valentines Resort & Marina’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
7.3. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Valentines Resort & Marina is located.
7.4. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the jurisdiction in which Valentines Resort & Marina is located.
