All prices are quoted in US Dollars, per room, per night, European Plan EP (room only).

Rates:Higher during peak periods, holidays, & special events.

Taxes & Service Charge:All prices are subject 18.95% ( include taxes, promotion board levy and gratuities.).

Check-in:After 3p.m.

Check-out:Prior to 11:00 AM

Family Plan:Under 12 years of age is considered a child.

Maximum occupancy:Maximum 4 guests (and greater as stated for the size of suites)

Crib:No charge

Hotel Reservation Cancellation and Minimum Night Stay Policy

Traveling During High Season
  • March 9, 2020 – April 4, 2020
  • June 26, 2020 – July 5, 2020
  • December 25, 2020 – January 4, 2021

Payment in full (Non-Refundable) is required 90 days prior to arrival during our high season. Please note that changes to your reservation dates or your length of stay may result in a rate change.

Cancellations During High Season
Cancelling up to 90 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 90 days’ notice, you will be responsible for the for full payment of the reservation.

Cancellations During Non-High Season
Cancelling up to 21 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 21 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

Hotel Reservation Deposit Requirement- Two Room Night Deposit required at the time of booking the reservation.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements
  • June 26, 2020- July 5, 2020 (3 Night Minimum)
  • December 25, 2020 – January 4, 2021 (5 Night Minimum)

Marina Reservation Cancellation and Minimum Night Stay Policy

Cancellations During High Season
Cancelling up to 14 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, you will be responsible for the for full payment of the reservation.

Cancellations During Non-High Season
Cancelling up to 7 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

Modifying Your Reservation
Please note that changes to your reservation dates or your length of stay may result in a rate change.

Marina Reservation Deposit Requirement- One Night’s Dockage Deposit required at the time of booking the reservation.

Minimum Night Stay Requirements
  • June 26, 2020- July 5, 2020 (3 Night Minimum)
  • December 25, 2020 – January 4, 2021 (5 Night Minimum)
Floor Plans
  • Valentine’s requires a five-night minimum stay for guests checking in during holiday season (December 24 – January 4)
  • Valentine’s requires a three-night minimum stay for guests checking in during Regatta (October 8 – 11, 2015)
  • A Two-night deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival during our holiday season & regatta.

No shows and early departures are deemed cancellations without notice.

For any customers not checked in within the time covered by their deposit, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11AM

Pet Policy

Please be advised that pets are strictly not allowed in the villas at our property. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your final statement upon check-out if this policy is disregarded. We assure our guests with disabilities that Valentines will make all necessary accommodations for their accompanying disability service dog. Understand that we are only able to accommodate disability service dogs and not ESAs, or therapy pets.
