King Townhouse 2-bedroom – Maximum 6 guests
Villa 2-bedroom – Maximum 6 guests
Prime Minister’s Suite – Maximum 8 guests
Sapodilla House – Maximum 12 guests

Minimum Night Stay Requirements
December 24, 2020 – January 4, 2021 (5 Night Minimum)
February 11, 2021- April 4, 2021 (3 Night Minimum)
June 25, 2021- July 5, 2021 (3 Night Minimum)
December 24, 2021 – January 3, 2022 (5 Night Minimum)

Hotel Reservation Cancellation & Deposit Policies

Payment in full (Non-Refundable) is required 90 days prior to arrival during our high season. Please note that changes to your reservation dates or your length of stay may result in a rate change.

Cancellations During High Season
Cancelling up to 90 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 90 days’ notice, you will be responsible for the full payment of the reservation.

Cancellations During Non-High Season
Cancelling up to 21 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 21 days’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

No shows and early departures are deemed cancellations without notice.

For any customers not checked in within the time covered by their deposit, the reservation will be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

All cancellation and date change requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Hotel Reservation Deposit Requirements
Two Room Night Deposit required at the time of booking the reservation.

Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival during the Harbour Island regatta held in October each year. Check calendar for current year exact dates.

Marina Polices

Marina Cancellations
Cancelling up to 14 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, you will be responsible for the full payment of the reservation. A no call/no show will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations During Christmas / New Years
Cancelling up to 60 days before your check-in will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations with less than 60 days’ notice, you will be responsible for the full payment of the reservation.

Marina Reservation Deposit Requirement
Two night’s dockage fee is required at the time of booking the reservation.

Long Term Dockage – total dockage fee must be pre-paid.
