All prices are quoted in US Dollars, per room, per night, European Plan EP (room only).

Rates:Higher during peak periods, holidays, & special events.

Taxes & Service Charge: All prices are subject 18.95% ( include taxes, promotion board levy and gratuities.).

Check-in:After 3p.m.

Check-out:Prior to 11:00 AM

Family Plan:Under 12 years of age is considered a child.

Maximum occupancy:Maximum 4 guests (and greater as stated for the size of suites)

Crib:No charge

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

The deposit required to confirm a reservation will be two nights minimum.

Festive Season:Deposit is refundable with a 45-day advance notice.
Deposit is refundable with a 21-day advance notice.All other times:

Traveling During Holiday Season (December 24 – January 4) and/or Regatta (October 8 – 11, 2015)

  • Valentine’s requires a five-night minimum stay for guests checking in during holiday season (December 24 – January 4)
  • Valentine’s requires a three-night minimum stay for guests checking in during Regatta (October 8 – 11, 2015)
  • A Two-night deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Payment in full is required 45 days prior to arrival during our holiday season & regatta.

No shows and early departures are deemed cancellations without notice.

For any customers not checked in within the time covered by their deposit, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11AM

Pet Policy

Please be advised that pets are strictly not allowed in the villas at our property. A $500 cleaning fee will be added to your final statement upon check-out if this policy is disregarded. We assure our guests with disabilities that Valentines will make all necessary accommodations for their accompanying disability service dog. Understand that we are only able to accommodate disability service dogs and not ESAs, or therapy pets.
